Coline Vacogne

Coline Vacogne is an experienced training and human resources professional with a strong background in organizational development. Currently serving as the Training Manager at Gauzy since June 2021, Coline oversees the development of skill enhancement policies for over 600 employees across three entities in France. Previous roles include HR Training Manager at Visions Systems, where similar responsibilities were managed for nearly 350 employees, and Charge de formation at JTEKT European Operations, focusing on training program development and execution. Coline's earlier career as a corporate lawyer included positions at Boiron France, LAMY LEXEL, and Fidal, specializing in contracts and intellectual property. Coline holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organizations from iaelyon School of Management, a specialized Master’s in International Management and Law from emlyon business school, and a DJCE in Business Law from the University of Montpellier.
