Galya Rofeh

Head Of Talent Management & People Partnering at GAVI

Galya Rofeh has a wealth of experience in talent management, people development, and HR consulting. Starting in 2001 as a traffic and security agent for EL AL Israel Airlines, they later worked as a database manager at Michael Page before moving on to Credit Suisse as a client relationship manager assistant. At UBS, they served as a deputy HR manager for the Investment Bank in Geneva, responsible for HR initiatives, recruitment, and global HR process implementation. Galya then joined The Global Fund as an HR business partner, providing consulting and expertise on people development, performance, and talent management. Galya joined the World Economic Forum in 2018 and held various roles, including talent development manager, talent curation manager, and head of talent and people development. Currently, Galya is the head of talent management and people partnering at Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong focus on talent engagement, performance, and strategy implementation.

Galya Rofeh completed their education in the following order:

- From 2002 to 2006, they obtained a Master's degree in HEC from the University of Geneva.

- From 2006 to 2008, they pursued another Master's degree in Management International (Specialization in Human Resources) from the University of Geneva.

- In 2017, they received a certification as a Mediator from CEDR, Center of Effective Dispute Resolution.

- From 2016 to 2021, Galya completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Organizational Psychology from the University of London.

- In 2012, they obtained a Coaching Certificate from IDC - Institut de Coaching.

- Galya also holds additional certifications, including MBTI I and II from OPP, a Leading Complex Projects certification from IDEO U, and a Mediation Certificate from CEDR.
