Aimee Penny

Aimee Penny is an experienced Client Manager at Gavl since November 2018. Previously, Aimee served as the Construction Recruitment Consultant and Managing Director at Talent 360 from June 2018 to October 2018. Aimee's career also includes roles as a Sourcing Consultant at Stockland and as a Strategic Sourcing Consultant at Korn Ferry Futurestep, where Aimee contributed to recruitment processes for major corporations. Earlier experience involved leadership positions at McKinley Recruitment Specialists and Hire Resolve, focusing on engineering and construction recruitment. Aimee also has a diverse background in coaching, social media management, language teaching, and fitness instruction. Aimee holds a BA Honours in Psychology from the University of South Africa and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Human Movement Science from North-West University.
