Laura Kähkönen

Laura Kazlauskaite is a dedicated engineering professional currently serving as a PLM Student Assistant at ICEpower Audio since July 2024, following a substantial tenure at Siemens Gamesa from February 2020 to July 2024 as a Student Worker in Process Engineering and subsequently as a Process Engineer. Laura's expertise lies in leading new product introduction (NPI) projects within a global team, focusing on offshore turbine assembly processes, creating detailed visual communication aids, developing production layouts with AutoCAD, and conducting PFMEAs to assure quality. Additionally, Laura's earlier experience includes a project engineering internship at Nordic Folkecenter for Renewable Energy, where project management and prototype development for small wind turbines were key responsibilities. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Software Design at IT-Universitetet i København, Laura holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Global Business Engineering from VIA University College and an exchange semester in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Nottingham Malaysia.
