Kaini Huang (Kenny)

Kaini (Kenny) Huang is an experienced professional in the real estate and architecture sectors, currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Gaw Capital since January 2019. Prior to this role, Kaini was a Research Assistant at the MIT Real Estate Innovation Lab for a brief period in late 2018 and gained experience as an Investment Management Intern at 万科 during the summer of 2018. Kaini's career started as an Architect at Tianhua Architecture Planning & Engineering Limited in Shanghai from 2011 to 2017. Kaini holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Architecture from Shanghai University.
