Sanjay Tandan has extensive experience in the food and dairy industry, currently serving as Operations Manager at Gay Lea Foods since 2002, where previous roles included Plant Manager, Production Manager, and Processing Manager. Prior to this, Sanjay worked as a Consultant in Product Development & Project Management and held various quality assurance and management positions at Kawartha Dairy Ltd, Canadian Highland Beverages, Nada, and the National Dairy Development Board. Early career experience includes roles at Al Safi Danone, Yemen Dairy and Juice Industries, and Danish Kuwaiti Dairy Company, following a technical specialist position at the University of Agricultural Sciences in Bangalore. Sanjay's educational background includes professional development training across several countries in Europe, North America, and the Middle East.
