Elizabeth Knips

Elizabeth Knips is a seasoned finance and operations professional with extensive experience in the athletics sector. Currently serving as Finance Manager at Gazelle Sports since September 2023, Knips previously held the position of Associate Athletic Director of Business Operations at Western Michigan University from June 2016 to May 2023, where responsibilities included managing a $33M+ annual athletic budget and streamlining travel reimbursement processes. Prior to that, Elizabeth worked at Florida Atlantic University, enhancing business operations in various roles including Assistant Athletic Director of Business and Ticket Operations, where a transition to a new business processing system was achieved successfully. Positions at Brown University and UNC Charlotte further solidified Elizabeth’s expertise in ticket operations and revenue management. Elizabeth holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Florida Atlantic University.
