Jenny Rodriguez-Vargas

Jenny Rodriguez-Vargas is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Advanced Roofing, Advanced Air Systems Florida, and Advanced Green Technologies since January 2021. With a strong background in HR leadership, Jenny has also held various significant positions, including Chief Operating Officer at The Oliver Gal Artist Co. and Founder & CEO of Workforce Optimization Partners, LLC. Additionally, Jenny serves as a Topgrading Master Course Instructor for Gazelles Growth Institute, showcasing expertise as a certified Topgrading Coach.
