Joe Reardon

Joe Reardon is a Senior Engineer at GBA, focusing on industrial and municipal water and wastewater projects while mentoring other engineers in technical and project management areas. With over a decade of experience at Alcon, Joe held various positions from Process Engineer I to Process Engineer IV, leading and supporting multiple capital projects, including a $250M manufacturing expansion that notably increased production capacity. Joe's engineering expertise is complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
