Andrew Houseman

Andrew Houseman has over 27 years of work experience in the banking and finance industry. Andrew began their career in 1993 as an Assistant Commercial Agent at Eddisons and then moved to EVANS PROPERTY GROUP LIMITED in 1994 as an Asset Management Surveyor. In 1999, they joined Town Centre Securities PLC as a Regional Estates Surveyor and then in 2005, they became a Senior Manager, Strategic Business Services - Property and Senior Partner, Property Risk Management at Yorkshire Bank. In 2012, they moved to National Australia Bank as a Manager, Specialised Commercial Real Estate and in 2014, they joined Santander UK Corporate Bank as a Credit Partner - Real Estate Finance. Currently, they are working at GB Bank as a Senior Credit Partner since 2022.

Andrew Houseman studied at Rossett High School in Harrogate from 1980 to 1987. Andrew then attended Nottingham Trent University from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a BSc (Hons) in Urban Estate Surveying in the field of Real Estate. Andrew also obtained an Omega Advanced Credit certification from Moody's Analytics Certificate in Credit Assessment.
