Justin Elward

Justin Elward, PMP® has extensive experience in technology and customer service management across various organizations. Currently serving as Partnerships Manager for GBG Plc since October 2015, Justin leads data and technology partnerships within the APAC region, focusing on location intelligence, identity verification, and compliance products. Prior to this role, Justin held multiple customer service management positions, including at VIX Verify, which was acquired by GBG, and at Sound Business Solutions. Additional experience includes implementation consulting at Autotask Corporation and technical development management at Usage Business Solutions. Justin also has a strong entrepreneurial background as the owner of Bluewave Software. With a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Swinburne University of Technology and further training in Dale Carnegie, Justin demonstrates a robust foundation in both technology and client relations.
