Melissa Hayes

Melissa Hayes is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the US Financial Controller, Head of Finance Transformation, and Group Financial Controller at GBG Plc since April 2019, Melissa also holds the position of Company Director at MELMAR SERVICES LIMITED since October 2015. Previous roles include significant positions at MBNA and Siemens, where responsibilities encompassed financial control, compliance, and accounting management. Melissa began their career at KPMG Canada as a Senior Auditor and later progressed to Deloitte UK as an Assistant Manager. Melissa holds an HBA degree in General Management from Ivey Business School at Western University and is a qualified ACA from ICAEW.
