Sophie Howard-Gall

Sophie Howard-Gall is a Customer Success Manager specializing in eCommerce at GBG Plc, where since April 2018, Sophie has partnered with clients to enhance checkout user experiences, optimize contact data quality, and alleviate delivery challenges to boost consumer confidence. Prior to this role, Sophie served as an Account Manager and Sales Development Representative at PCA Predict, a subsidiary of GBG, from September 2015 to April 2018. Sophie holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Leadership and Management from the University of Worcester, obtained in 2017, and a degree in Media and Cultural Studies from the same institution, completed in 2015.
