Vanessa Quake is an experienced professional in operations, event management, and strategic planning, currently serving as Chief of Staff for GBG Plc in the APAC region since April 2022, focusing on culture, internal communications, and strategic operations. Prior roles include Strategic and Business Planning Manager at GBG Plc and Business Planning Manager at Google, where Vanessa contributed to the development of indie game studios. Vanessa's career includes significant positions as a Conference Producer at IDC, where successful events such as IDC Live were launched, and at Cognizant, managing global events across APAC and ME. Additionally, Vanessa has a strong background in project management and content creation from roles at SpotMe, DigitalCFO Asia, and various other companies, demonstrating expertise in delivering impactful events for notable clients in multiple industries. Vanessa holds multiple degrees from the University of Melbourne, RMIT University, and the USC Marshall School of Business, along with a Diploma in Event Management from William Angliss Institute.
