Spencer Demann

Spencer DeMann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analytics and team management. Currently serving as a Strategic Benefits Analyst and Population Health Data Analyst at GBS Benefits, Inc. since September 2014, Spencer is responsible for underwriting and producing quarterly medical and dental reports for numerous large groups, conducting peer reviews, and presenting findings to clients. Additionally, Spencer has developed a more efficient stop-loss RFP process and assists clients with data analytics to achieve cost savings. Prior to this role, Spencer was the Lead Enrollment Counselor at Graduation Alliance from November 2010 to September 2014, where responsibilities included managing an enrollment team, designing training processes, and utilizing Salesforce and Excel for reporting and performance measurement. Spencer holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business.
