James Morris PMP/ITIL/SAFe

James Morris PMP/ITIL/SAFe has worked in the IT industry since 2003. James started their career as a Software Engineer at DFAS in 2003. In 2006, they moved to Global Business Solutions as a J2EE Web Application Developer. James then became a TA at UWF in 2013. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Navy Federal Credit Union as a Solutions Architect and ISD developer III. Currently, they are a Program Manager at Global Business Solutions Inc. and holds the title of Sr. Program Director at Global Business Solutions, LLC.

James Morris PMP/ITIL/SAFe has a background in education from the University of West Florida, where they studied from 1999 to 2002. James has since obtained additional certifications in Leading Projects from LinkedIn in April 2019, and Operations Management Foundations from LinkedIn in February 2019.
