Mike Bertsch

Mike Bertsch, MBA, PMP, is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in leading IT and telecommunications projects. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at GCI Communication Corp., Mike oversees multiple federal grant projects aimed at providing high-speed internet to rural Alaskan communities. Prior to this role, Mike spent two decades in the United States Air Force, where positions included IT Operations Director and Project Management Office Director, managing significant budgets and numerous projects across various global locations. An MBA graduate from William & Mary and a BS in Management from Park University, Mike also holds an AAS in Electronic Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force. Mike's management experience extends to the hospitality industry, having operated a Burger King® restaurant, focusing on guest satisfaction and operational success.
