Stephany Fan

Stephany Fan is a Senior Counsel at GCI Communication Corp. since July 2023, previously serving as an Associate in Telecommunications, Media & Technology at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP from June 2015 to July 2023. Stephany's early career included a Legal & Policy Fellowship at the Future of Privacy Forum, where management of a working group on privacy practices and co-authoring a white paper on beacon technology were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes legal internships at the Federal Communications Commission, focusing on telecommunications enforcement cases and funding appeals, and at FEMA. Initial roles included a Legal Assistant at Wai & Connor, LLP, and a Research Assistant at UCLA's Center for Everyday Lives of Families. Stephany holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UCLA.
