Jean Mascaro

Jean Mascaro started their work experience in 1991 as a Structural Engineer DTM at Marine Nationale. They then worked at Lafarge in various roles, including Operations and QC Manager, General Manager, Performance Director, and Vice President East Canada. At Lafarge, they were responsible for managing the RMX Business Unit in Canada East and achieved strong P&L performance. In 2013, they joined CHRYSO GROUP as the Concrete Business Unit Director and later became the head of the Concrete Business Unit. In 2016, they became the Head of RMX & Industrial Segment, where they led the Concrete Corporate Function and implemented strategies for business performance improvement and growth. In 2021, they moved to CHRYSO Italia as the Country CEO / Direttore Generale. They then joined GCP in 2023 as the Country CEO / Direttore General. Currently, they are working at Saint-Gobain as the Managing Director - Construction Chemicals.

Jean Mascaro obtained a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Ecole nationale des Travaux publics de l'Etat between 1988 and 1991.
