Crizza Rose Castañeda has over eight years of work experience in various roles. In 2012, they began their career as a Technical Support Representative for Verizon Online at Alorica Philippines, Inc. In 2013, they moved to West Contact Services Inc. as a Sales/Technical Support Representative for Comcast (Beltway Region). In 2014, they joined Tata Consultancy Services as a System Engineer for Cargill. In 2016, Crizza Rose Castañeda worked for both Cascadeo Corporation as a Tier 2 Manage Operation System Engineer and for MicroSourcing as a Supervisor/Senior Technical Officer for Clear Networks. From 2019 to 2022, they worked for SCOTTeVEST as a Customer Service Manager and is currently a Senior Tier 1 Engineer for GCSIT. Throughout their career, they have managed and monitored all installed systems and infrastructure, defined customers' needs and functionality in a service development cycle, installed, configured, tested and maintained operating systems, application software and system management tools, maintained a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers, communicated with customers through various channels, ensured customer satisfaction and provided professional customer support, identified, diagnosed and resolved network problems for business customers, handled escalated tickets for residential customers, performed complex implementation and maintenance tasks on the LAN and WAN, provided technical support to customers, documented detailed troubleshooting steps taken, upsold other services offered by companies, created manuals and detailed sets of instructions for system users, and assured SLAs were met.

Crizza Rose Castañeda attended Ateneo de Naga University from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
