Joseph Brescia

Joseph Brescia is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, officiating, and maintenance. Currently serving as Manager of Appointments and Yard Manager at GCT Global Container Terminals Inc. since November 2018, Joseph also holds the position of Basketball Official with the NCAA and is a Certified Basketball Official with the International Association of Approved Basketball Officials Inc. since September 2013.
