Clive Lim

Clive Lim's work experience includes:

- Investment Director at GDS Services Ltd. since May 2022. Clive is responsible for overseeing investment activities at GDS Holdings Limited, a leading developer and operator of high-performance data centers in China and Southeast Asia.

- Investment Manager at CapitaLand from December 2016 to May 2022. Clive held multiple roles, including Investment Manager at Ascendas Fund Management (A-REIT), where they managed Singapore's first and largest listed business space and industrial Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). Clive also served as Investment Manager and Project Manager (Lead) at CL Vietnam, a subsidiary of CapitaLand.

- Assistant Engineer at I3Precision Private Limited from December 2014 to January 2015.

Clive Lim has a bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Eng.) from the National University of Singapore, where they also completed the University Scholars Program (USP). Additionally, they participated in an Undergraduate Exchange Program in Mechanical Engineering at The University of Sheffield. Clive Lim also attended Charles University's Summer School in Prague, Czechia, studying the arts field.
