Don Gregg has extensive work experience in engineering and management roles. Don started their career in the United States Marine Corps as an Avionics specialist from 1977 to 1982. Don then worked as a Systems Design Engineer at Simco Electronics from 1982 to 1984. From 1984 to 1987, they worked as a Development Engineer at Tappan Appliances. Following this, they served as a Sr. Development Engineer at WCI - White Consolidated Industries from 1987 to 1988. Don then joined Frigidaire Home Products, where they worked as a Manager of Advanced Development from 1988 to 1993. In 1993, they joined GE Appliances as the Site Engineering Manager and held various roles in the company, including Range PCTO Manager, Senior Program Manager, Design Engineering Manager, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and Sr. Director of Engineering. Don worked in GE Appliances until their retirement in 2018.

Don Gregg has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Don also attended Arizona Western College and Mission College, but the details of their degree and field of study at these institutions are not provided.
