Angela Hare

Angela Hare is an experienced professional with a strong background in incentive compensation and sales program management. Currently serving as the Incentive Compensation and Commissions Manager at Current Lighting since May 2022, Angela previously held the position of Manager for Sales Programs and Incentive Compensation at GE Current, leading the design of sales incentive plans. Angela's extensive career at GE spans from roles such as Digitization Manager at GE Lighting to Managing Director of Debt Recovery and certified Black Belt for GE Money, where initiatives in process improvement were spearheaded. Angela's foundational experience includes managing significant account portfolios at both GE Money and Sterling Inc, where responsibilities encompassed large teams and multimillion-dollar receivables. Angela holds a degree from The University of Akron, earned between 1983 and 1987.
