Roger Mills

Roger Mills is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and management roles. Currently serving as a Senior Lead Engineer at GE Power Conversion, Roger has been involved in new construction projects for OSV ships. Prior to this, Roger worked as a Senior Project Engineer at Converteam and held management positions at NGSS Ingalls Shipbuilding and the United States Air Force. Roger holds a degree from the Community College of the Air Force, Metropolitan Community College, and the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
