Leïla Dekkar

Leïla Dekkar is a seasoned professional in international relations and project management, currently serving as a Senior International Relations Project Manager for AfricaConnect3 at GÉANT since March 2019. Prior experience includes roles as a Specialist in Quality Management and Internal Auditor at Oxfam Novib, an Attachée Sectorielle at the French Embassy in the Netherlands, and a European Fund Manager at Caisse des Dépôts. Additional experience encompasses an online business development position at Orange and a delegation role at the European Commission. Leïla holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Foreign Action from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and attended a summer school focused on globalization and leadership at Daegu Health College.
