Michelle Lim

Michelle Lim has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Michelle currently holds the position of Director of Finance at Gear Inc. since September 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager in FP&A at Constellar from February 2022 to August 2023. Michelle also served as a Regional Finance Manager at Arcc Holdings from July 2020 to January 2022. Michelle has a strong background in financial management, as they worked as a Regional Business Controller at OMRON HEALTHCARE SINGAPORE PTE LTD from May 2018 to June 2020. Additionally, Michelle held various positions in different companies, such as Assistant Manager Business Development at SUTL Marina Development Pte Ltd, Finance Manager at ONE15 Marina Club, Group Accountant at SUTL Enterprise Limited, and Accountant at SUTL Corporation Pte Ltd. Michelle started their career as a Senior Audit Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2013, and then moved on to work as a Senior Audit Associate at KPMG from 2010 to 2012.

Michelle Lim completed their education in the field of Accounting and Finance. Michelle first attended Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology, where they obtained a Diploma in Business Studies from 2006 to 2008. Michelle then pursued an Advanced Diploma in Financial Accounting from the same university, graduating in 2010. In the same years, they also attended ACCA for Accounting and Finance. Michelle Lim has also obtained various certifications including the Chartered Accountant (Singapore) from the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), and the FCCA from ACCA. Michelle has also completed training programs such as the Temasek Modules 3 & 4 from Financial Edge Training in May 2023, and the Temasek Module 1 & 2 Training Program from Financial Edge Training in August 2022.
