Harm van Adrichem is the owner of Wings Bedrijfsadvies since 2015, where they specialize in providing strategic and financial solutions for mid-sized businesses. Harm'srole includes serving as a financial director, business unit manager, and business controller. Harm advises on reorganizations, change processes, mergers, business succession, and investment projects. In 2021, they joined Gearbox as the CFO, responsible for the financial organization. Harm also serves as a strategic business developer, focusing on positioning the company and connecting innovative products with the market. Prior to this, they worked as a senior account manager at Rabobank Westland from 2008 to 2014.
