Kamau Gachigi

Kamau Gachigi is an accomplished academic and researcher with extensive experience in materials science and engineering. Currently serving as the Coordinator of the University of Nairobi Science and Technology Park, Kamau Gachigi focuses on identifying and incubating scientific and technological research products with commercial potential. In addition, Kamau Gachigi lectures in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, teaching materials science to engineering students. Previously, Kamau Gachigi worked as a researcher at TDK Corp in Japan, contributing to the Materials Research Center. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Solid State Science from The Pennsylvania State University and a B.Sc. in Materials Science from the University of Bath.
