Jacqueline Micelli

Jacqueline Micelli is an experienced retail and service management professional, currently serving as the Store Manager at Gearhead Outfitters since November 2021. Prior to this role, Jacqueline worked as the Service Manager at Specialized Bicycle Components, where responsibilities included leading the service team, managing employee performance, and serving as the primary liaison for warranty issues.
