Felix Rathjen

Felix Rathjen has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Felix is currently serving as the Head of Group New Business Acquisition & RFQ at Gebauer & Griller since December 2020. Prior to that, they were the Director of Sales Europe at Coroplast Fritz Müller GmbH & Co. KG from February 2020 to August 2020. Before that, they worked at Aptiv as a Business Manager for VW / VW CV / SKODA / VW RUS from February 2018 to February 2020. Felix also gained experience at Delphi, where they served as a Business Manager for VW / SKODA DEEDS from August 2017 to February 2018, and as a Sales Manager for VW DEEDS from March 2016 to August 2017. Additionally, they worked at DRÄXLMAIER Group, holding various positions such as Sales Manager, Procurement Project Leader Purchasing - Asia, Product Manager Sales Electrics - VW China, and Product Manager Sales Electrics - VW China / N.A. / Mexico from 2011 to 2016. Felix started their career as an intern at ideenparc GmbH and later worked as an Assistant to the Management at WMH Herion Antriebstechnik GmbH.

Felix Rathjen attended Ruhr University Bochum from 2006 to 2010. Felix obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Wirtschaft und Politik Ostasiens, with a focus on Wirtschaft and Sinologie.
