Reginald Fleets, MBA CSM has a strong background in project management and consulting. Reginald worked as an IT Systems Delivery Project Management/QA Testing Defect Manager at GeBBS Consulting from 2011 to present, where they provided project management consulting services for healthcare claims processing systems and membership software systems solutions for BlueCross BlueShield Plans. Prior to this, they worked at Cheseed Information Technologies Inc. from 2006 to 2011 as an IT Senior Project Management Coordinator, QA Test Management, and Rational Tools Consultant. In this role, they were responsible for providing overall project management support and IBM Rational Testing Tools support to NASCO ICD-10 Program Manager, NASCO PM team, and IBM Management.

Reginald Fleets, MBA CSM, has a diverse education history spanning several years. In 1982, they began their higher education journey at Indiana State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Computer Technology. Reginald successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 1986, specializing in Computer Engineering Technology.

Continuing their quest for knowledge, Reginald pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Indiana Wesleyan University, commencing in 1993. Reginald dedicated two years to their studies and graduated in 1995 with an advanced understanding of Business Administration and Management.

In more recent times, in 2020, Reginald obtained certification as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) through the SCRUM ALLIANCE® Organization in Westminster, CO. This certification honed Reginald's skills in Scrum and Agile methodologies, expanding their expertise in project management and team collaboration.

Reginald's commitment to professional growth is evident through their additional certification as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) obtained in December 2020 from the Scrum Alliance. Reginald remains dedicated to staying current with industry standards and continually improving their knowledge and skill set in the field.
