Nisha Shetty

Nisha Shetty is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in application support and systems engineering. Since November 2021, Nisha has served as a Senior Manager - Application Support at GeBBS Healthcare Solutions, where responsibilities include managing SAAS application support, training staff, resolving system issues, and ensuring operational efficiency while adhering to service level agreements. Prior to this role, Nisha spent over 12 years at IBM, progressing from System Engineer to Senior Systems Engineer, leading teams in incident management, process improvement, and client support across various geographies. Nisha also worked at Infosys as a Software Engineer, focusing on application development and maintenance. Nisha holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Instrumentation from the University of Madras.
