Dr. Tilo Sperling

Dr. Tilo Sperling began their work experience as a Doctoral Researcher at Universität Konstanz from May 2011 to August 2015. Dr. Tilo then joined Baumer Group as a Developer Corporate Technology from January 2016 to March 2020. Currently, they are working at Geberit since April 2020, where they hold the positions of Project Manager Customer Service Automation and Head of AI-Projects Business Applications. In their current roles, they focus on implementing AI and ML systems to enhance customer service and marketing in the German market.

Dr. Tilo Sperling obtained a Vordiplom in Physik from Brandenburgische Technische Universität Cottbus-Senftenberg, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. Dr. Tilo then pursued further education and received a Diplom in Physik from the University of Konstanz from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their academic achievements, Dr. Sperling also obtained a certification in SAP Data Intelligence for Enterprise AI from SAP in June 2020.
