Menna Tafesse

Menna Tafesse Garedew serves as the Chief Impact Officer at Gebeya Inc., focusing on social change and sustainable impact through technology in Africa. Under Menna's leadership, the Mesirat program aims to create 1 million job opportunities for youth across Ethiopia in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation. Previous experience includes roles as Chief Executive Officer at Deborah Foundation and various positions at UMOS, Inc., the City of Wauwatosa, and the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Menna holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Pittsburg State University. Menna's educational background includes completing the International Baccalaureate Programme at the International School of The Hague.
