Tarmo Paldanius

Tarmo Paldanius is a seasoned professional in mechanical engineering and project management with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Kehityspäällikkö and Tuotantojohtaja at Gebwell since February 2020, Tarmo previously held the position of Director - Projects & Sourcing at Flexmill from July 2017 to January 2020, leading customer projects and sourcing materials for automated surface finishing machines. Prior roles include Project Manager at JOT Automation and Debomix Oy, where Tarmo undertook significant entrepreneurial responsibilities, establishing a machining shop. Early career experience includes working as a Key Account Representative and an intern at HT Laser Oy. Tarmo holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from LUT University and a specialized degree in leadership from Rastor-instituutti.
