Jonny Urquhart has a diverse work experience. Jonny started their career as a Chef at Coffee Mill in 2014 and Ondine Restaurant in 2015. Later, they transitioned to Operations Analysis at QikServe in 2015. At Capital Theatres, they worked in Customer Service from 2015 to 2020. In 2017, they took on the role of Mens Rugby - Treasurer at the University of Stirling. Jonny'sjourney in Customer Success began in 2019, starting as a Customer Success Executive and moving up to Customer Success Team Lead, UK before becoming the Head of Customer Success at Gecko in 2022. Throughout their roles, Jonny has demonstrated their ability to engage with customers, manage teams, and drive success for the companies they have worked for.

Jonny Urquhart attended George Watson's College from 2000 to 2015, where they completed their high school education. Jonny then went on to the University of Stirling from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a degree in Sport Studies and Marketing. Additionally, Jonny obtained various certifications, including UKCC Level 2 Rugby Coach, STA Award in Emergency First Aid at Work at SCQF Level 6, UKCC Level 1 Rugby Coach, and Level 1 Award In Wine.
