Previously, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Meta from September 2021 to February 2023, Matthew focused on recruiting for the AI and machine learning teams, driving key projects to secure top global talent. Before that, Matthew held dual roles at Nexere Consulting, starting as a Delivery Consultant and advancing to Account Manager, where responsibilities included managing major accounts and fulfilling recruitment needs across multiple industries.
