Celso Ferrari

Celso Ferrari has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. Celso'smost recent role was as the Founder & COO at GeekHunter, a Brazilian hiring marketplace for developers. Prior to that, they were the Founder of Lett Insights, where they provided e-commerce and digital trade marketing intelligence services. Celso also worked as a Strategy & Operations Manager at truBrain, a venture capital-backed functional food and beverage brand. Celso has experience in strategic consulting and lean manufacture at Repro Produtos Ópticos Ltda., and they also worked as a team member and coordinator at GLean, where they facilitated the implementation of lean practices. Additionally, Celso gained experience as an intern consultant at Kaizen Institute Consulting Group - Brazil. Early in their career, they worked in project coordination and management roles at AIESEC, an international student organization, and as an intern at LabMat - Laboratório de Materiais, where they conducted research and development activities. Celso's work experience also includes being a member of the aerodynamics team at Céu Azul Aeronaves, where they were involved in prototype design and construction.

Celso Ferrari completed their undergraduate studies from 2008 to 2014 at the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. Celso pursued a degree in Engineering/Industrial Management, with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering. Furthermore, from 2012 to 2013, they attended UCLA, where they focused on Engineering, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and Business.
