Katie Shen

Katie Shen has recently started working as a Software Engineer at Geek+. Prior to that, they worked as a Geographic Information System Intern at MRF Geosystems Corporation from July 2021 to January 2022. Katie also has experience working as an Accounting Assistant at YewTX Accounting for a brief period in 2018. Additionally, Katie served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Alberta from September 2017 to December 2017.

Katie Shen began their education journey by earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Geophysics from the University of Alberta. Katie attended the university from 2014 to 2018. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT), where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Geographic Information System. Katie attended SAIT from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Katie is enrolled at Penn State University, where they are pursuing a Master's degree in Geographic Information System. Katie'santicipated graduation year is 2023.
