Currently serving as Sr. Director - Global Head Modern Workplace Support & Site Operations at GE HealthCare, Hugo oversees modern workplace services for over 72,000 users globally. Prior roles include heading the CTO office for the Americas, managing corporate IT operations across Latin America, and founding NPD Strategy. With a strong background in technology planning and product development during tenure at Alestra, Hugo also contributed to the industry as Founder & President of PDMA in Mexico.
