Kusum Rawat Verma

Kusum Rawat Verma is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles at GE HealthCare and GE. Currently serving as CIO of Employee Experience at GE HealthCare since May 2016, Kusum leads strategic initiatives to enhance employee experience through innovative technology solutions, managing a diverse portfolio of over 250 technologies. Previous positions include Chief Technology Officer and VP of ERP Applications and Digital Operations, where Kusum drove digital strategy and operational excellence for core ERP platforms. Earlier tenure at GE as Systems Leader, Lean Leader, and Program Manager involved facilitating complex enterprise programs and Lean initiatives. Kusum is an alumnus of Crotonville and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Punjab Engineering College.
