Ralston Baker

Ralston Baker is an experienced executive with a robust background in global supply chain management, Lean transformation, and operational leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Supply Chain for GE HealthCare's Ultrasound Segment since May 2021, Ralston oversees an integrated supply chain encompassing manufacturing operations, sourcing, and supply chain strategy. Prior to this role, Ralston held various leadership positions at Emerson, including Vice President of Global Operations, where responsibility included the operational integration of a major acquisition and continuous improvement initiatives. Ralston's career began at Avient Corporation as a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, focusing on cross-functional project management. Ralston holds an MBA in Supply Chain & Business Analytics from Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Colorado State University.
