Richard Eisermann

Richard Eisermann currently serves as the Executive Director of Software Experience at GE Healthcare, where responsibilities include leading global software experience design and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance healthcare solutions. Previously, Richard was the Head of Design, Connected Care at Philips, managing a large design team to create integrated healthcare solutions. Earlier roles included VP Integrated Experience Design at Lowe's Companies, Co-founder and Strategic Director at Prospect Strategy & Design, and Director of Design at Whirlpool Corporation. Richard also served as a Design Group Manager at IDEO and as an Assistant Professor at the Rhode Island School of Design. Educational background includes a BFA in Industrial Design from the Rhode Island School of Design.
