Qwendolyn Brown is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in real estate and business law. Currently serving as Principal and Real Estate Attorney at Lerch, Early & Brewer since March 2023, Qwendolyn previously held the position of Associate General Counsel at American University from March 2019 to March 2023. Qwendolyn's expertise includes advising clients on development, finance, and contract negotiation, as well as providing legal counsel on infrastructure projects at DC Water in the role of Principal Counsel. Prior experience includes Associate General Counsel at the District of Columbia Housing Authority and Assistant Attorney General for the District of Columbia.
