Moustafa Amin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Moustafa is currently working as the Head of Operations for geidea, where they are responsible for overseeing business operations and ensuring excellent customer feedback. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Business Operations at Bee Smart Payment Solutions, where they maintained and updated policies and procedures and aligned them with government regulations. Moustafa also served as a Branch Manager at Ahli United Bank, where they managed and directed branch activities and prepared branch budgets. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Relationship Manager and Customer Service Head at Commercial International Bank, where they maintained customer relationships, achieved sales targets, and handled customer issues. Moustafa has also worked as a Customer Service Representative at FedEx and as a Financial Advisor at AIG Life, where they sold company products and addressed customer needs.
Moustafa Amin has a diploma in Sports Management from the FIFA/CIES International Programme in Sports Management, which they obtained in 2020. Moustafa also holds a BSc degree in Commerce from the Faculty of Commerce, Ain Shams University, which they earned from 2002 to 2007. Moustafa Amin completed high school in 2000, with a specialization in math and achieving a grade of 90%. In terms of additional certifications, they are currently pursuing the Executive Education Summit 2023 from ESLSCA Business School Paris. Moustafa Amin is also a certified coach and athletic trainer through the Egyptian Hockey Federation.
