Roger van Baaren

Roger van Baaren serves as the Chief Sales Officer at Geisinger Health Plan since January 2021, leading sales initiatives for Pennsylvania's highest-rated plan in member satisfaction according to JD Power. Early career experience includes serving as Associate Vice President at Colonial Penn Life Insurance, where tasks involved launching the company’s online presence. Roger holds an MBA from Rutgers University-Camden and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech.
