Allan Carvalho

Allan Carvalho is an accomplished General Plant Manager with extensive experience managing large teams and significant budgets across various industries. Currently serving as General Plant Manager at GELITA, Allan oversees the largest beef hide plant. Previously, Allan held similar positions at Rousselot and Biosev, demonstrating full P&L accountability and managing OPEX and CAPEX in substantial amounts. Allan's career began at Alstom Power as a Commercial Engineer, progressing through roles that included Operations Manager at Nutrilite and General Plant Manager at Michelin. Allan's educational background includes an MBA in Financial Management from FGV, an Executive Education from Esade, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade de Taubaté, among other qualifications.
