Ivan Oscar Sterza

Ivan Oscar Sterza is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in integration and digital transformation within the energy sector. Currently serving as Chief Integration Officer at GELLIFY since February 2022, Ivan is responsible for the CONVERGE Program, which focuses on the integration of M&A targets globally. Previously at BIP from July 2016 to February 2022, Ivan held the roles of Associate Partner and Senior Manager, leading activities in Chile and overseeing digital transformation projects for major clients. Prior engagements include leadership roles at Publicis Sapient, NTT DATA Italia, Enel, SunGard, and AFRY, where Ivan managed complex projects, client relationships, and operational excellence across multiple regions. Ivan holds a BSBA in Law and Business Administration from Università Bocconi.
