Jason Waksman CPA

Jason Waksman CPA has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jason currently serves as the CFO/COO at Gelt Financial, LLC since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Spectrum, A Certified Herman Miller Dealer from December 2021 to December 2022. Jason also held the position of Managing Member & CFO at LOL Entertainment from July 2020 to November 2021.

Before joining these companies, Jason held notable positions at Chubb and Public Savings Bank. At Chubb, they served as the Vice President of Finance - Global Corporate Real Estate from 2013 to 2020 and as the Assistant Vice President of Finance - Global Administration from 2011 to 2013. Jason was responsible for overseeing major performance variances to plan, serving as Division Finance Officer for Global Corporate Real Estate.

At Public Savings Bank, Jason was the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2006 to 2011. In this role, they maximized profitability and liquidity in a highly volatile market. Jason also managed day-to-day accounting/finance operations, regulatory reporting, and implemented processes and procedures to ensure compliance with FDIC regulations.

Earlier in their career, Jason worked at Penn Independent Corporation. Jason served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2003 to 2006 and as the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer from 1998 to 2003. Jason led various departments including accounting, finance, human resources, information technology, administration, and facilities. During their tenure, they were involved in conducting due diligence preparations for interested buyers and successfully guided the company through two acquisitions.

Jason Waksman CPA holds an MBA in Finance from La Salle University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. In addition to their education, Jason also holds the certification of CPA from the State of Pennsylvania, which is currently active.
